True to his belief that leadership begins with giving back, Hon. Fatiu Folawewo Salami, member representing Ifo Constituency II in the Ogun State House of Assembly, has joined forces with his 1990 classmates from Agbado District Comprehensive High School (ADCHS) Okearo, Ifo Local Government to contribute meaningfully to the growth of their alma mater.
The initiative, which includes the construction of a perimeter fence around the school, is part of a broader effort to improve security and create a more conducive learning environment for students and staff.

Hon. Salami described the gesture as a “token of gratitude to the institution that laid the foundation for our dreams”. He expressed hope that the project would inspire students to remain focused, disciplined, and committed to their goals, emphasising that education remains the most powerful tool for building a better society.
This intervention not only beautifies the school’s landscape but also reinforces Hon. Salami’s deep commitment to community development, education, and youth empowerment, values that continue to define his public service journey.
This is not the first time Hon. Salami, who is popularly known as FFS would be giving back to his Alma Mater. He had on numerous occasions co-sponsored spelling bee competitions, contributed to Inter House Sporting activities with a dedicated Sport House to his name and had also built for the school a modern toilet to serve the school management while he was transition chairman of Ifo LGA.
